The party arriving to the event must have the person listed on this form with them. You may be asked for photo identification of the person listed on the form, or anyone specified within. The entire party must enter the event together.
Any costume is acceptable as long as it's not hateful, sexual content, and does not contain weapons of any kind.
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought in. Treats, candy, and small items will be distributed throughout the event. Visitors of the event are allowed to purchase snacks and refreshments from our concession stand for a small donation.

We are not liable for any injuries. We are not responsible for lost items. Visitors may only exit and enter through designated areas. Any devious behavior will result in immediate removal from the building without a refund. By purchasing a ticket, you are holding A Better Day Therapy Learning Center Harmless for any and all responsibility. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, whether foreseen or unforeseen and agrees to release A better Day Therapy Learning Center from any liability arising out of or in connection with the event.

The company reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.
